Draytek Vigor 2820

HI,

I have built a terminal server and need it to be accessed from outside the network via the web. so if my serer is 10.0.0.10 would I need to open up port 3389 and forward it to 10.0.0.10? if so is this done in NAT.

sorry if this sounds simple, just a novice.
