Help with Draytek Vigor 2925 and Windows 2008 DHCP Server

We're finally putting in a dual-wan router, the Draytek Vigor 2925 for load balancing and failover.

My problem is, the Draytek router is handing out IP's and playing DHCP server using 192.168.1.x but my network is on 10.1.10.x because of my DHCP server. I want that draytek feature turned off and I want to continue to allow my Windows 2008 server to provide the DHCP service.

What I'm asking is how should I set up the router? I just want to use the draytek for the load balancing and the fail over using the Dual Wan and just let the internet connections pass right on through it.

We have Comcast internet on WAN 1 and Centurylink internet on Wan 2 and Lan1 is plugged into a Cisco SG200-50 switch.

Should I be setting up VLANs? I am new to dual WAN routers (if you couldn't tell).

Thank you everyone,
